Carrie has lived on Elbow Cay for over three decades. She has over 20 years of experience in property management

and accounting, and is extremely adept at coordinating housekeeping, maintenance, and inventory.

Don was born and raised on Elbow Cay and has been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years. In addition to

overseeing general maintenance, Don is the official meeter-and-greeter for all our homeowners and guests offering

them a wealth of information and local knowledge.
